Rug Underlay 290x390

What New Works says about it

The foundation matters as much as what rests upon it. Rug Underlay creates a quiet, stable base beneath your rug — evening out small irregularities in the floor while letting the natural beauty and texture of the piece above it speak freely. It softens the feel underfoot, adds a layer of protection against moisture, and works seamlessly with heated floors across all floor types.
