You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. Provide accurate information, protect your sign-in credentials, and contact us if you suspect unauthorized access.

If you use Home & Taste for a business, you confirm that you have authority to act on its behalf.

Home & Taste helps you discover products, save information, organize projects, and collaborate with others.

Product information, prices, availability, and automated suggestions may contain errors or become outdated. Check important details with the supplier before making purchases or professional decisions.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, purchases from external suppliers are separate agreements between you and those suppliers.

Available features, usage limits, prices, billing periods, and promotional conditions are shown before purchase.

Paid subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel before renewal. Any trial’s duration, payment requirements, and subsequent charges will be shown when you subscribe.

You can cancel renewal through Plan and billing. Your paid access normally continues until the end of the current billing period.

Downgrading or ending a subscription may restrict access to features or saved data. Ending a subscription does not, by itself, delete your projects. Archived projects are hidden on the Free plan.

We review voluntary refund requests case by case. Contact [email protected], identifying your account and explaining your request.

This policy does not limit refunds, withdrawal rights, or other remedies required by applicable law. Where a statutory withdrawal right applies, it is separate from any free trial or ordinary subscription cancellation.

You retain your rights in the content you add. You must have the permissions or other lawful basis needed to upload, clip, share, or publish it.

You give us a non-exclusive licence to host, process, reproduce, and display that content as necessary to provide Home & Taste and carry out your sharing choices.

You control whom you invite and what you share. Do not publish confidential information or someone else’s personal information without appropriate authorization.

We may feature content you deliberately publish publicly through Home & Taste in our website, social media, and other promotional materials, to the extent you can grant those rights and subject to any additional permission required by law.

Private workspace content and material shared only through private client or collaboration links are excluded from this promotional permission.

You can contact [email protected] to request that we stop using particular content in future promotional materials. This permission does not override third-party intellectual-property, privacy, or data-protection rights.

Do not use Home & Taste unlawfully, infringe others’ rights, upload malicious material, harass others, or attempt to bypass security, access restrictions, or plan limits.

We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to address these issues or protect the service. Where practical, we will explain the reason and provide an opportunity to resolve it.

We will provide the service with reasonable care. Maintenance, technical problems, and circumstances outside our reasonable control may cause interruptions.

We may update the service and these terms. We will give reasonable advance notice of material changes affecting your subscription, unless an urgent legal or security reason prevents this. Changes will not remove rights you already have under applicable law.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer protections that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Portuguese law governs these terms, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections or court rights available under applicable law.
